About the role: Were looking for a full-time talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team and help drive our kitchen to the next level. In this role, you will support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
Managerial experience is essential, as you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior team members, maintaining food safety standards, and overseeing inventory management.
