As a Junior Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Senior Sous and Head Chef to deliver exceptional Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Join a dedicated brigade of 10 chefs, contributing your creativity and precision to elevate the dining experience in this elite establishment.

• Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
