Randall & Aubin is an established seafood restaurant in Soho.
Chef Ed Baines and Jamie Poulton have been serving customers for the past 28 years.
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join our team. The main aspects of the roles will be to assist the Head Chef in all areas, including food preparation and working on the pass.
Experience of classical cooking methods is required. We are a busy restaurant with a great kitchen brigade and would welcome someone with the necessary skills, energy and enthusiasm to join us.
Junior Sous Chef: £38,000 per annum
Chef de Partie: £30,000 per annum
Availability to work 42- 44 hours per week, 5 days on any given day.
