As a Junior Sous Chef, you will:
- Assist the Sous Chef in managing food production and ensuring the highest standards of quality
- Supervise the preparation of regular food items and special functions
- Ensure kitchen areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Motivate and support members of the brigade
- Contribute to maintaining exceptional levels of service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
