Junior Sous Chef Opportunity Exciting New Opening in Covent Garden

We are excited to announce the opening of our third restaurant in the vibrant heart of Covent Garden. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to assist our senior team in crafting the dynamic flavours of Eastern Mediterranean fusion cuisine.


About Us:
Our restaurant is renowned for its aromatic, vibrant, and health-conscious dishes, drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of the Tel Aviv region. Our menu features a rich array of flavours and spices, ensuring a unique dining experience for our guests.


Role Requirements:

  • Proven skills in supporting kitchen operations, ideally with exposure to Israeli or Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to assist in managing a kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • A passion for crafting dishes that are both health-conscious and rich in flavor.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in guiding the kitchen team, ensuring every dish meets the highest quality standards.
  • Play an instrumental role in the training and development of kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Work closely with the management team to facilitate the seamless operation and success of our new restaurant.
  • Uphold our dedication to fresh and vibrant ingredients, reinforcing our commitment to health-conscious culinary practices.
