We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park


Servingbreakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu

Our Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous works closely with Group Exec Chef Josh Angus across the menu, which features light & elegant dishes exploring the excellent produce available. From day boat fish to butchering whole animals, this is an excellent position for a Junior Sous Chef looking for their next Michelin position in their management career.

We are looking for a commited & experienced Junior Sous Chef who has the skills & previous experience in high volume restaurant to join our HIDE team in a key management position.

The restaurant has a clear & concise vision as the hearth of HIDE. Importantly, everything is made in-house from jam to charcuterie. This position would suit a Junior Sous Chef from a Michelin* / fine dining background.

The kitchen is both spacious & state of the art, with the very best equipment including: wood-fired oven, induction stoves, smoking chimneys, deck ovens, pasteurizers, pastry sheeters, anti-griddles & soft-serve machines.


As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing, cooking cuisine within your speciality
  • Supporting the senior chefs to develop new dishes for the menu;
  • Training the junior chefs working with you
  • Stock control & waste management
  • Ensuring the brigade follow H&S regulations
  • Demonstrating a respectful attitude & responding respectfully to the demands of the Management team.
