Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
The role involves preparing high-end Modern British and European cuisine.
The position requires working 5 straight shifts, totaling 40 to 45 hours per week.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several underground lines, including Elizabeth, Jubilee, Central, Piccadilly, and Bakerloo.

Catering for high end Modern British/European cuisine, you should have experience to at least Senior CDP / Junior sous in a 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant .
