We are looking for an ambitious Junior Sushi Chef to join a high end establishment in central London to start up a new sushi kitchen operation.

You should have experience in fine dining, high-end sushi restaurants as a Sushi Commis or Demi Chef de Partie.

Working 45 hours a week 5 days. Latest finish 12pm (evenings open 3 days a week)
