- Position : Kitchen Manager
- Employer :Specialist Japanese Ramen Restaurant group
- Location:London
- Gross OTE salary package : £39,000to £42,000
- Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Duties include preparation and finishing of complex menu items, training and supervising junior Chefs, dealing with supplies and requisites from central sourcing. stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance and HACCP protocols, monitoring food safety & temperatures, maintaining cleanliness and good order equipment and work areas as laid down by the company, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules, and performing key duties as assigned.
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Japanese cuisine
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in or similar role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
