Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager in a central London flag ship site, one that will become a centre of excellence as well as a development centre for our global brand. This is an exciting opportunity and one that requires an expert pair of hands!

Role Purpose

Act as the culinary heart and soul of Vapiano, crafting and overseeing a kitchen environment where our fresh, Italian food culture thrives. ? Ensure exceptional food quality that adheres to Vapiano's high standards, while also achieving our financial goals, including labour and profitability targets. ? Lead and inspire the kitchen team with a hands-on approach, promoting a culture of excellence, efficiency, safety and constant improvement.

Key Responsibilities

? Own the restaurant's daily kitchen operations, adhering to the company standards in speed, safety, and specifications so they are consistently met with a positive team spirit. ? Drive performance to meet and exceed customer feedback, gross profit and labour targets. ? Uphold the highest standards of food safety, preparation, and cleanliness. ? Closely with the General Manager, guide, manage, and be accountable for the entire kitchen staff, fostering an atmosphere of professional growth and unity.
