Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare dishes to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus
  • Ensure consistent quality in all food preparation and presentation

  • Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end establishment
