Tiger Private is looking for an experienced Live-in Commis Chef for an award winning five-star Inn in rural Lancashire.Our client is looking for a Commis or Chef de partie to join their busy, happy and friendly kitchen of 10 chefs cooking modern British food from locally sourced ingredients. Accommodation will be provided in a 16th century farmhouse close to the Inn and you will be given your own private bedroom with shared facilities, kitchen and bathroom. A staff car will also be provided. Salary is between £28,00-£32,000 per annum depending on experience; plus tips of a minimum of £4,000 per year which will be paid monthly. Hours of work will include evenings and weekends on rota basis and you will be expected to work circa 40 hours per week usually in the form of split shifts. The Inn is in an idyllic rural location.
