We are looking for aNight Chef de Partiewho will be:
running and supervising the kitchen overnight to the required standards set by the Head Chef
ensuring all preparation is complete and ready for next day service
responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
Cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
If you can demonstrate great communication skills, a good work ethic and a willingness to deliver a natural and yet exceptional, luxury five star service to our guests, we would love to hear from you!
