Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Demi Chef de Partierole

• Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality during night service.
• Ensure that the preparation area is clean and organized throughout the night shift.
• Work efficiently to ensure dishes are prepared and ready in a timely manner during nighttime hours.
• Support the Chef de Partie in managing their section of the kitchen, especially during night operations.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper cooking temperatures and safe food handling practices, throughout the night.

About you

Proven experience in culinary operations,demonstrating the ability to manage and support a section of the kitchen effectively. Possess solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and trends, and a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
