Tiger Private is looking for an experienced, personable and creative Private Chef for a family of three based in London’s West End.In this role, the chosen candidate will work in a fully equipped kitchen within the Principals large, London townhouse. The Principals require the Chef to work to work 26 hours per week, spread over three days, to cover when the Principals other permanent Chef is off.In general, you will be required to prepare one breakfast, two lunches, and three dinners for the family and their guests. The Principals like to travel, however you will not usually be required to accompany the Principals on their trips. Instead, focus will be on managing stock, ensuring pantries and cupboards are kept clean and tidy, recipe development, and inventories of kitchen and dining room equipment and produce.The chosen candidate will need to keep in regular contact with the family’s existing Chef, to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen, carrying out handovers as required before and after shifts.The Chef should be confident working alone, managing the kitchen, its cleanliness and overall standards to an immaculate condition.The family enjoy a varied, healthy diet consisting of quality organic produce. The chosen candidate should be able to accommodate any dietary requirements including for gluten or lactose free guests. It is imperative that the hired Chef be creative when drafting menu plans and passionate about recipe development.Excellent checkable references will be required along with the UK right to work. Tiger is B Corp Certified.
