Known for authentic Italian cuisine, handmade fresh pasta, and carefully selected fine wines, we are dedicated to creating vibrant and welcoming dining experiences. We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Pasta Chef to join our team and help shape the success of this exciting new venture.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh pasta daily, using traditional Italian techniques.
Cook authentic pasta dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment.
Assist with stock management and kitchen organisation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine menu offerings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pasta-making or Italian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of traditional pasta recipes and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A team player with excellent kitchen communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
