The right candidate must have a very good knowledge of the Italian cuisine with a minimum of 2/3 years as demi chef de partie or CdP.
You will join a small team but highly motivated and capable with our Chefs coming from Italy having worked for the very top restaurants.
We offer a starting salary of £30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience on a 40/48h contract, with a 3 months probation period and soon after a pay review.
Our Kitchen opens at 12noon and closes at 21:30 so no late nights! You are entitled to 28 days of Holidays and Pension Scheme with a generous discount for you and family when eating at our restaurant.
