Casual Pastry Chef Work
We are looking for Pastry chefs for the coming Winter Event Season, Mon to Fri with additional evening events, each week.
This is Regular work at an Event Caterer in Southeast London. They are looking to have the same regular chefs from now until mid-December.
Remuneration
£17-£18 Per Hour (£19.05 to £20.17 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday)
Times of Work
Monday to Friday
8am till 4.30/6pm + Evening Functions Minimum 6 Hours.
Some Weekends To Support Functions i.e. Weddings
What the Work is
Volume Pastry Prep- Canapés, Bowl food, Weddings, Film Premiers, seated plated dinners/banquets.
Plating Up & Garnishing at Function
Location
Client kitchens are based in Deptford SE8
Evening Functions majority-based in London, so can suit your home or work location.
Weekend functions and weddings may be outside London.
Functions out of London Travel Time and Travel Cost paid.
Taxis Home provided if public transport is not available.
Experience and Requirements
Relevant Pastry Chef Experience- Fresh Food and Volume.
Minium experience needed at the Chef De Partie level.
Licence/Certifications:
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate andAllergen Training -Certificate
Your own Presentable chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and steel toe cap safety shoes
