This role requires a skilled and motivated professional with creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
What Were Looking For:
- A creative mindset with a strong desire to learn and explore West African ingredients. This role involves working with unfamiliar flavours and techniques, so the ideal candidate must be adaptable and eager to learn.
- Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining kitchens.
- Proven leadership in managing the pastry section and training junior team members.
- Consistency, precision, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
