The Role
We are seeking a Pastry Chef with experience in upscale or Michelin-starred restaurants. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both contemporary dishes and classic techniques using high quality ingredients with the ability to bring their own flair and style to the menu. The role is 45-48 hours per week, with some flexibility needed during the Christmas and New Year period. You will be part of a small team led by one of Londons most exciting young chefs.
