We are looking for a talented Fine Dining Casual Pastry chef to work as required in this events venue supporting the Executive Chef in creating a 3 AA level fine dining event experience at this historical livery hall venue in London.

We are offering £20.00 - £21.00 dependent on experience with varying hours Monday to Friday only, supporting our busy functions and events.

The ideal candidate will ideally have:

Michelin star or 3 AA rosette restaurant Fine Dining experience.A pleasant personality who communicates well and a professional approach to team members, team working and customers. A passion for fresh food, seasonal ingredients, sustainability and great service. Good knowledge and implementation of allergen, food, health and safety legislation.

You will need to be skilled in bread making, fine dining desserts and petit fours. Have the ability to support the Exec Chef in ensuring that all menus and services are presented and delivered to the required excellent standards and in line with event timings.An excellent level of skills across all areas of the kitchen in addition to pastry skills. Ability to work at pace to support in the smooth delivery of events for circa 90 covers.

Be able to support with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: stock takes, wastage reporting, due diligence temperature logging, be able tocomplete all required allergen, food safety and health and safety paperwork in line with the company standards.
