Role
We are currently looking for aPastry Chef de Partieto join our team of supervisors at Rosewood London. OurPastry Chefs de Partieare entrusted with efficiently leading sections in the kitchen and directly report to the Pastry Junior Sous Chef.


Key expectations of this role are
  • Ensuring food safety and health and safety regulation and standards are respected by the brigade all times.
  • Overseeing food wastage and food quality in order to maintain profit margins without compromising on quality standards.
  • Supervising and developing Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs.
  • Intuitively overseeing preparations, cooking times and dish presentations of a section.

Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being organised and efficient in managing and assigning responsibilities.
  • A good understanding of how to work in high-pressure Kitchen environment and develop people effectively.
  • A sound understanding of the field of pastry with specialism in some aspects.
