- Casual fine dining French Provencal Mediterranean cuisine, precise dishes with bold flavours
- Fresh ingredientsand seasonal produce top notch suppliers (everything made in-house)
- Exciting project with a team of 20 chefs and under a cool Head Chef
- Lunch and dinner - up to 140 covers with outdoor terrace
- Salary up to£36,000 to £40,000 per annum (£15.5 to £16.5 p/h)
- Brand-new kitchen & equipment
- Rota of of 48 hours per week (flexible shifts)
We're looking for aPastryChef de Partie with experience in fine dining, Michelin-star restaurants, or private clubs. You'll collaborate with the PastryHead Chef on an exciting new project, bringing creativity to the table.
