Who We Are:
A brand-new Mexican concept to Londons iconic hospitality scene, two storey restaurant and lounge bar themed around the Goddess of the Moon known as Ixchel. We have given it our own twist and at the heart of this concept lies the charcoal grill. Ixchel will offer a full sensory experience from the second you meet the doors to our Mayan Goddess and our beautiful interiors, to the unique and delicious food and drinks that our team creates.
Who We Are Looking For from aPastry Chef De Partie:
The successful candidate will be responsible for running his/her own section within the kitchen ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality. As our pastry Chef De Partie you will be responsible for helping to oversee all aspects of preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within your section. We are not only searching for a pastry Chef De Partie, but also for you to be a dedicated and long standing member of our team. If you are passionate about Mexican cuisine and have a track record of delivering exceptional dishes, we'd love to hear from you.
