Baudry Greene is a recently opened café bar from the team behind the 10 cases in Covent Garden. We are now recruiting a pastry chef de partie to join our small kitchen team. We are looking for someone who has some pastry experience and is willing to help in all sections of the kitchen, with a focus on supporting the head chef with making our wide range of desserts and breads. We make everything in house, including most breads, ice creams, desserts, etc. This role would suit someone at demi CDP/CDP level or a commis chef looking to step up. Please note, shifts for this position start at 6am, so any potential candidates would need to be able to arrive to central London by this time.
What we offer is:
£15-16/hour DOE
No late evenings, kitchen closes 10pm
45 hours/week contract - over 4 days, including 1 double
Closed Sundays & bank holidays
Closed between Christmas & New Year
