- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation because perfection is in the details.
Pastry Chef de Partie requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to level up.
- Exceptional attention to detail youll know your mille-feuille from your macarons!
- A creative mind with a passion for innovation (bonus points if youve ever turned a classic dessert on its head).
- Cool under pressure the kitchen can be a whirlwind, but youre the calm in the centre.
