Job Overview
As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and plate dishes in accordance with technical sheets, ensuring their quality. You will organize the work within your section, train, and supervise the work of Demi-Chefs de Partie, Commis, apprentices, and interns while adhering to current hygiene and safety regulations.
Duties
- Contribute to the creation and preparation of exquisite desserts.
- Ensure high standards of presentation and quality.
- Support the Pastry Chef and collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in compliance with hygiene standards.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and creativity in presentation.
- Team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
