We are now seeking an exceptional and talentedPastry Chef de Partieto join theCakes & Bubbleskitchen team. Reporting to theSous Chef for Cakes & Bubbles, you will ensure the precise and intricate production of pastries and desserts for the Cakes & Bubbles shop.

Your profile:

  • Desire to join a hotel to grow and develop within
  • A natural flair and talent for pastry, combined with a passion in producing the highest levels of cuisine in a manner that is both confident and calm
  • Experience working at a similar level in a professional pastry kitchen or production kitchen for a hotel or pastry shop
  • Professionally trained as a chef with minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekend shifts
