Smyth & Co is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join an exclusive new restaurant, renowned for its Provenal French and Mediterranean cuisine. This role will focus on creating exquisite desserts and pastries using the finest seasonal ingredients and premium products from trusted suppliers.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £15.50 - £16.50 per hour / £38,000-£41,000 per annum
Full-Time Hours: 48 hours per week
Flexible Shifts: Early or late options available

What We're Looking For:
Essential: Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in fine dining, preferably within a Michelin-starred setting
Required: Strong background in French pastry techniques and dessert creation
