We are representing an exciting new opening in Knightsbridge, specialising in Provencal French and Mediterranean cuisine, crafted with fresh, seasonal produce from top-quality suppliers. Opening in early November, this new opening offers chefs the unique opportunity to grow with the restaurant, as they plan to open additional locations next year, with a vision of rotating and promoting talent across our clients expanding venues.

We are currently seeking a Chef de Parties and Pastry Chef de Parties to join our clients dynamic kitchen team led by the Head Chef. Youll be working alongside a team of 20 chefs, contributing to a kitchen known for precision, creativity, and the finest ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu, focusing on Provencal French and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team, working efficiently to serve up to 140 covers per service.
  • Assist in managing food preparation and execution during service.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Flexibility to rotate between early and late shifts, contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen.
  • Passion for Mediterranean/French cuisine and working with seasonal ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
