We are looking for passionate chefs who would like to start their career in our Pastry kitchen.
You will get a chance to work in different pastry sections from Afternoon Tea, desserts, chocolate and sugar workshops, as well as our very own and unique Cakes & Bubbles restaurant, which offers a selection of sweet creations from a famed chef Albert Adria learn his signature 'cheese cake' , egg flan, air waffle and more.
Your role:
As aPastry Commis Chefyou will become part of a special kitchen team that engages with our guests through the creation of sumptuous culinary delights. Providing fine, yet unobtrusive service is an art and our skilful managers will be on hand to guide you through the process. Passion, knowledge and confidence are required trademarks for this position to successfully master the elegant delivery of our products and services.
Your profile:
- Desire to join a hotel to grow and develop with
- A natural flair and talent for pastry, combined with a passion in producing the highest levels of cuisine in a manner that is both confident and calm
- Professionally trained as a chef with minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts
