Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Chef De Partie to join its thriving 5th floor Café restaurant in Harvey Nichols - Knightsbridge. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.
As the new Pastry Demi Chef, you will work 40 hours a week in our Knightsbridge store.

About the role
As a Pastry Demi Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
- Prepare to work with Pastry Head Chef and Sous Chefs to carry out duties
- To produce and serve pastries in accordance with the recipes
- Develop a high level of food knowledge
- Manage and maintain good housekeeping and correct standard of hygiene
- All Mise en place is of a high standard and ready for service at appropriate times of the day
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Flexibility is a must; hospitality service cant wait during weekends and evenings!
