Our client who are one of the most highly regarded contract caterers in London are looking for a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie at one of their flagship sites. Working between both hospitality & retail you will be an integral part of a small team of pastry Chefs and a key part of the pastry operation section. The site set the highest standards, and everything is made in house so previous experience of working at the highest level is essential.

You'll be part of a team of over 20 Chefs on site, so working well as part of a team is essential. With demanding guests, last minute requests and ever-changing dietaries, you will need to be creative and have the ability to think on the spot with strong organisational skills and of course be in touch with the latest food trends.

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie should preferably come with previous experience within a high Rosette, 5-star hotel, Michelin starred restaurant or contract catering.
