As aPastryDemi Chef de Partie,you will work on your given section under direction from your Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef. To provide an agreed and consistent standard of food service, under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.

As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie your key responsibilities include:
Is aware at all times of the agreed standards of food preparation and service.
Keeps the chef in charge notified of any problems or complaints as and when they arise.
Is aware of any day-to-day special requirements or up-coming events.
Fills out production charts for each shift and ensure that all mise en place is completed before service, reporting to the Chef de Partie to check.
Carries out regular checks on food to ensure proper rotation and storage (all items to be covered with cling film, dated and labelled).
