A great opportunity has come up for a Pastry Junior sous chef to join the team of a 5-star hotel fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair:

Salary: £41,500 per annum (45h contract & overtime paid)

Rota: 2 doubles, 3 single shifts
The ideal Pastry Junior sous chef must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants, or private members' clubs, as the focus will be on high-quality dishes. You will understand all areas of pastry - including lamination, viennoiserie, chocolate work, bread fermentation and of course, modern European desserts. You will be a strong team player, collaborating closely with the Head Chef in an exciting and evolving project. There will be opportunities for career progression as the company plans to expand.
