This is an amazing opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef to work in one of themost prestigious Michelin restaurantsin London. The restaurant has a fantastic reputation under one of the most famous names of the industry, and the food is just outstanding.


The restaurantsoffers a variety of menus, including tasting courses, classic French dishes, and adventurous dishes with creative bold flavours with well balancedcombinations of texture undervery fresh produce and French cuisine.


As a Pastry Sous Chef must have an understanding of all areas of Pastry, including lamination, viennoiserie, chocolate work, bread fermentation and of course, modern European desserts. We are looking for someone proactive and with good attitude. Long-term career development is guaranteed, and you will be trained to growth within the restaurant to become a more senior Chef in the future.Rota of 4 doubles / 3 days off.
