As a Pastry Sous Chef must have an understanding of all areas of Pastry, including lamination, viennoiserie, chocolate work, bread fermentation and of course, modern European desserts. We are looking for a strong Michelin star chef proactive and with good attitude as you will be working in one of the best restaurants that London has to offer.
