As aPastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in managing the pastry kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality pastry production, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. As a pastry Sous Chef your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to plan, prepare, and execute pastry menus and offerings.
• Oversee daily pastry production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and timelines.
• Supervise pastry kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor supplies, and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the pastry kitchen, following health and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to menu development, innovation, and the creation of new pastry items.
