Prep Chef - 25 hours, Mornings only Monday to Friday.
Fixed term contract until 20 December. Start end October or early November.
Flexible hours, some overtime available.
We are looking for someone with kitchen experience to work mornings as a prep chef to support the busy kitchen team.
You would be responsible for checking and correctly putting away deliveries, and handling a range of basic prep tasks from peeling and preparing vegetables to following recipes to produce sauces, desserts and other mis en place.
You should have either a vocational qualification in cooking or a minimum of a year working in a professional kitchen environment handling food.
On the job training given. Possibility of additional over-time hours when we are busy. This role is a fixed term contract until 20 December but could be extended for the right candidate, depending on the requirements of the business.
