Are you a talented, organised, and down-to-earth Private Chef looking for your next adventure? Join a beautifully maintained 34m classic converted tug (1949) for a seasonal role (April Sept) cruising the stunning Balearic Islands & South of France with a relaxed, family-oriented private owner.

Why This Role?
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a private, non-charter environment, preparing fresh, seasonal Mediterranean-style cuisine while enjoying a stable and welcoming atmosphere. The yacht runs with a small crew of five, offering a supportive and professional team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities for our Private Chef
Prepare healthy, high-quality Mediterranean dishes, with an emphasis on fresh seafood, salads, white meats, and vegetarian meals.
Work with market-driven menus, using the best seasonal ingredients available.
Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized galley, making the most of the newly refurbished kitchen.
Oversee provisioning and stock control, sourcing the best produce while minimizing waste.
Cook for an average of 2-5 guests, with occasional peaks of up to 12, as well as providing nutritious meals for a crew of 5.
Adapt to last-minute changes and cater to dietary requirements while keeping dishes simple yet flavourful.
Manage meal service from casual, family-style dining to more formal occasions.
What Were Looking For
A Private Chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a creative, market-driven approach to cooking.
Strong experience in Mediterranean cuisine, with knowledge of seafood, plant-based dishes, and homemade bread and pasta.
Highly organized, methodical, and efficient in a galley setting.
Flexible and adaptable, able to handle last-minute requests with ease.
Previous experience as a sole chef on a yacht is preferred, but a background in high-end restaurants is also highly valued.
A confident yet approachable personality, with a team-oriented mindset.
