Job Advert: Lecturer - Chef & Professional CookeryWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer in Chef & Professional Cookery to join our team in Hayes. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £25 to £40.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in professional cookery.
- Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to students, helping them develop culinary skills and industry knowledge.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching professional cookery, ideally within a college or similar educational setting.
- A recognised teaching qualification is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge with practical experience in a professional kitchen.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
