Regional Chef Manager - London and the Home Counties (Mainly Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey)
Salary - £35,000-£37,000 (+ Bonus and mileage paid)
Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - no late nights and weekends off.
Term time only - 42 weeks
You should be a foodie with great people skills and a strong understanding of all aspects of food safety and health & safety, budgeting, finance, managing wastage and stock controls. You must be flexible and comfortable with travelling to different schools weekly and occasionally daily with last minute diary changes.
As our ideal Regional Chef Manager you will:-
- Have excellent craft skills
- Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
- Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
- Have the ability to manage the kitchen, lead the team and train them to standards required
- Have financial and budget awareness, with good understanding of GP calculation
- Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
- Have a full driving license enabling you to drive in the UK
