The role
As a sous chef we are looking for a candidate who can work in the kitchen, using fresh food. You will prepare the prep in the afternoon ready for evening service, this is a small kitchen and the produce sharing boards, burgers and some brunches for the weekend. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, who can use rustic presentation skills, both main plates and small plates. You will be organised, able to work in a small kitchen and good hygiene knowledge. You will be a current sous chef or a junior sous chef ready for a sous chef role.

- SW1 part of London
- Focused on evening dinner service, currently single shifts & they will be starting brunch menu for weekends soon.
- £40k + around £600 service (service is based on the hours worked that month, is approx £600), £47k package
- They have more new openings this year, so you can be part of this
- please note this is a small kitchen - you must be ok working in a small kitchen
