If work/life balance and having every weekend off is important to you, then this is the job for you! The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head & Executive Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a team of 18 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 3000 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
