Graysons is a national hospitality business with a variety of locations. From corporate catering in the heart of London, to visitor attractions, gardens and museums in Kent, Sussex and the South West.
We are looking to build a small team of flexible, and passionate chefs to work across the estate. You'll be working in new contracts to help us mobilise and set our standards, and you'll be helping support existing contracts to cover for chefs who are on holiday.
To give you the flexibility of choosing to work when it suits you, your contract will initially be zero-hour, but we'd expect you to work at least 24 hours a week. There are plenty of hours available if you'd like to work more, and once you've found a pattern that works for you, we can discuss the right contracted hours to commit to.
Ideally you'll be open to working across the estate, and will have your own transport. We'll pay travel expenses to get you to site, and if you need to stay over, we'll arrange hotels too.
We'll train you in our standards and philosophy of food, and when you're on site, you'll set the standards and lead from the front. We love fresh, local ingredients, and value passion and pride in food more than most.

Your talent is essential, and we are open to what types of kitchen you've worked in before. You will though, be excellent at cooking great food from scratch, with high quality, fresh ingredients.
You'll receive £17.00 an hour (c£35k per annum for a 40-hour week), plus expenses, and an excellent suite of company benefits and career development opportunities.
