Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Mayfair, London, UK
Salary: up to £40,000 package
Working hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, 5 days on, 2 days off
Start date: Immediate start
Im currently looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie on behalf of my client, a prestigious and well-established modern restaurant located in the heart of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated chef to join an experienced culinary team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation adhere to standards set by the restaurant.
- Supervise and support junior chefs in their daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring their work meets the restaurants high standards.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
