What We are Looking For



  • Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end establishments.


  • Exceptional culinary skills and the ability to manage a station independently.


  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.


  • Creativity and a passion for crafting fine dining experiences.


  • Proficiency with kitchen equipment, techniques, and recipes.


  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.


  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary trends and innovations.




Key Responsibilities:



Culinary Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating mastery of your station and guiding junior staff.


Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate complex dishes to the highest standards of quality and precision.


Station Management: Oversee your kitchen station with efficiency and organisation, ensuring a smooth workflow.


Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, taking corrective action when necessary.


Training: Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs, imparting your knowledge and skills.


Inventory Management: Contribute to stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste while maintaining supplies.


Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and enforce best practices.
