We are recruiting for a strong Chef de Partie to work in an established brasserie.

You will have at least NVQ2 in Cookery as well as experience to at least CDP level in a French restaurant. Longevity in previous roles is essential

Working mainly Monday to Friday, this role offers a great work life balance.
