A great opportunity has come up for a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join the team of a 5-star hotel fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair:

Modern British cuisine with Mediterranean influence, focusing on precise dishes with bold flavors
Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce from top-tier suppliers (everything made in-house)
Exciting project with a team of 20 chefs under an inspiring and innovative Head Chef
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service – up to 140 covers, including an exclusive private dining area
Salary: £37,000 to £39,500 per annum (45h contract & overtime paid)
Brand-new kitchen & state-of-the-art equipment
Rota: 2 doubles, 3 single shifts

The ideal Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants, or private members' clubs, as the focus will be on high-quality dishes. You will be creative, precise, and a strong team player, collaborating closely with the Head Chef in an exciting and evolving project. There will be opportunities for career progression as the company plans to expand.
