You should ideally have experience at Senior CDP level in a fresh food environment, with a genuine passion for organic produce.
You should have experience in managing a small team of chefs ,and will collaborate with the Head Chef on new menu ideas
You will have the opportunity to spend time in the market garden where the restaurant grows its own herbs , salads and some veggies.

Working 5 days a week, you will get at least one day off each weekend.
Last orders at 9pm so no late nights.
48 hours but this is flexible depending on personal requirements
